1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 999cb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, games, features and content made available at 999cb.app and any associated sub-domains or mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing any wager or otherwise accessing any part of the 999cb Services, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 999cb Services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 999cb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use 999cb Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 999cb strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other legal entities may not register 999cb accounts.
• You must not be prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your specific location within Pakistan or elsewhere.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any recognised gambling self-exclusion register that applies to your jurisdiction.

999cb reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) active 999cb account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering a 999cb account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 999cb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You acknowledge that your 999cb account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

3.1 Account Verification

999cb reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Verification may include confirmation of name, date of birth, residential address, payment method ownership and source of funds. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended or permanently closed and outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999cb account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. 999cb will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

You must notify 999cb immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 999cb shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation. 999cb recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

999cb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform, which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard and USDT TRC20. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit is PKR 200 (or the equivalent) unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. 999cb reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund your 999cb account and verified as belonging to you. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated. All pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be requested. 999cb aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to twenty-four (24) business hours.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

999cb maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance procedures. 999cb reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of any funds deposited. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as required. Any funds identified as deriving from criminal activity will be forfeited and reported.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by 999cb are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unmet bonus funds will expire automatically upon the stated deadline.
• 999cb reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of the 999cb bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting promotional errors — constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings and possible account closure.
• 999cb reserves the right to apply maximum bet limits to accounts with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding any applicable maximum bonus bet may be voided at 999cb's discretion.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 999cb platform operate in accordance with the rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, software failure or manifest error that affects the outcome of any game, 999cb reserves the right to void the affected round and refund stakes at its sole discretion. No claim will be entertained for winnings that would have resulted from a malfunctioning game.

For live casino games, the ruling of the live dealer and supervising studio management is final subject to the right of review by 999cb. For sports betting, the rules of the relevant governing sporting body will apply where appropriate. 999cb's determination on any disputed outcome shall be final.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999cb platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent a ban or restriction.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, matched betting or any other strategy designed to guarantee profit from promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players in any game requiring independent decision-making.
• Engaging in chip dumping, money laundering or any other financial crime using the 999cb platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 999cb platform.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification or any other compliance process.
• Accessing 999cb from a jurisdiction where doing so is known to be illegal.

9. Responsible Gaming

999cb is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. We provide a comprehensive suite of player self-management tools accessible at any time from your account settings, including:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps.
• Loss limits — restrict the maximum net PKR amount you can lose within a given period.
• Session time alerts — receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely close your 999cb account and opt out of all marketing communications.

Players who self-exclude from 999cb agree not to attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and winnings accrued during the breach period may be forfeited.

10. Suspension & Termination

999cb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18.
• The account holder has registered as a self-excluded player.
• Fraudulent, criminal or suspicious activity is detected in connection with the account.
• 999cb is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority or court order.

Upon closure for breach, 999cb reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is identified, any verified balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999cb and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the 999cb Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or any financial loss resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime or interruptions to service.

999cb does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free or free of harmful components. Use of the 999cb platform is entirely at the Player's own risk. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

999cb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 999cb will notify registered account holders via email or in-account notification. Continued use of the 999cb Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. The current version of these Terms always supersedes any prior version.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the terms under which 999cb operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 999cb's internal complaint resolution process may be referred to the relevant arbitration body or regulatory authority as applicable. By using the 999cb Services, you agree to submit to this dispute resolution framework.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your local jurisdiction in Pakistan.
